ARROW LAKES GENERATING STATION

COMMUNITY IMPACT MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE:

The Arrow Lakes Generating Station Community Impact Management Committee (CIMC) was formed as part of Columbia Power Corporation's (Columbia Power)
commitment to prevent and resolve anticipated and unanticipated community impact issues.
The committee also provided ongoing support to encourage positive community impact and benefits.

In monthly meetings, the committee was briefed on the status of the project and was asked to provide advice, suggestions or recommendations
to assist in timely management and resolution of impacts to the local communities. The committee members played a vital role by acting as
"sounding boards" and as advisors to Columbia Power on community or municipal concerns relative to the project.
