The following qualification form is to be completed by contractors, at the request of Columbia Power Corporation (Columbia Power), and requires a password which can be obtained from Columbia Power's Service Contracts Specialist. The two links at the bottom are access forms that are applicable to contractors who are employed by Columbia Power Corporation.
