Lee Doney, Board Chair
Lee Doney has held a series of senior provincial public sector positions, serving as a Deputy Minister for 17 years, under four different administrations. He has served twice as the Deputy Minister of Labour and Consumer Services, and once as the Deputy Minister of Forests. He has also served as CEO of the BC Labour Force Development Board, and Chair of the Workers' Compensation Board.
Gerry Duffy, Vice Chair
Gerry Duffy is a senior executive with over 25 years of industrial management experience, most recently as Senior Vice-President, Global Marketing and Logistics for Methanex Corporation. He holds a Chemical Engineering degree from University College Dublin, Ireland, and an MBA from the Schulich Business School at York University in Ontario. Gerry has also completed the Advanced Management Program (AMP) at Harvard Business School. On February 1, 2010, Gerry was appointed Special Advisor to the CPC Board of Directors and assumed leadership of Columbia Power’s executive team.
Ron Miles, Board Member
Ron Miles has been a partner in the law firm Miles, Daroux, Zimmer & Sheard since 1996 and is also a member of the CBT Board of Directors. He has served as a Councillor for the City of Cranbrook, Chair of the Cranbrook and District Regional Hospital, and has extensive community involvement in various service clubs and other non-profit organizations.
Tim Stanley, Board Member
Tim Stanley is a Partner and Senior Vice President of MMM Group Limited which is responsible for the management of the firm's Greater Vancouver, Lower Mainland, and British Columbia operations. Throughout his career extending over 28 years, he has planned and managed the design and the construction of complex multidisciplinary projects in the heavy civil, institutional, commercial, and industrial sectors. Mr. Stanley has previously served as Chair and Director of the Country Day School Board in King City, Ontario, a member of the Canadian Construction Association, a Chair with the Council of the Canadian Design Build Institute, and a President of AMICI, a charitable organization that sends children to summer camps.
Greg Deck, Board Member
Greg Deck grew up in the Radium Hot Springs area, and after education and employment in the US and France, returned to the region in 1979. He served as Mayor of Radium from its incorporation in 1990 until his retirement in 2008. He also served as the Chair of the Regional District of East Kootenay for six years and most recently as a Trustee of the BC Municipal Finance Authority. Greg continues to sit on the Columbia Basin Trust board as one of its founding directors.
Lillian White, Board Member
Lillian White is an accounting professional with over 30 years of experience. She has held a number of positions with GFS British Columbia Inc. (formerly Neptune Food Service) and presently holds the position of Vice President of Finance. Lillian has her Certified General Accountants designation and has served as a member and Chair on the Board of the BC Assessment Authority.
